The g0123 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. g0123 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

During registration, all applicants are required to confirm that they are at least 21 years of age and to submit identity documents for age verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, and all personal data associated with that account will be deleted as soon as practicable following the investigation.
